My name is Yvonne Norris and I have been creating hand made bespoke cakes for many years. I provide a professional and friendly service and will spend time with you creating the cake of your dreams be it for your Wedding or any other occasion.
I have trained with some of the countries leading specialists in the field of cake decoration. My speciality is hand crafted sugar flowers which can be toned to complement your colour scheme and provide you with a lasting momento of your special day. I have been inspected and am registered with the local Enviromental Health department.
All my cakes are freshly baked for every order in my kitchen using the finest ingredients available including free range eggs and butter. Considerable care is taken to ensure that my cakes are always fresh, moist and tasty. I aim to produce the highest quality cakes not the highest quantity, each of my cakes receives 100% of my time.

Madacasgan vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry preserve
Fresh lemon sponge infused with lemoncello liqueur filled with lemon curd buttercream
Moist chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache buttercream
Rich chocolate truffle torte filled with chocolate ganache buttercream
Coffee cake with or without walnuts filled with espresso buttercream
Carrot cake with rum soaked sultanas
Rich moist fruit cake with Cherry Brandy, Whisky and Dark Rum soaked vine fruits.
Cake tastings are available at consultations by prior arrangement.
I also have an extensive range of cake stands available to hire and also cake knifes and cake tins.
